History:
V1.00 - 2002-10-31 - First public release
V1.10 - 2002-11-02 - Bugfixes, extensions and add new packing algoritm

Changes:

V1.10
- With this version another mechanism is used to created backfiles when generating new
.viv files, older ones are renamed to car_0001.viv, car_0002.viv etc. This manner is
better because of manual deleting old viv backup files.
- Packing/Unpacking mechanism is now better prepaired, when unpacking car.viv, the needed
directory is created and when you are ready for packing, the program automatically points
the right car.idx to generating the new .viv file.
- This version is expanded with a feature you can extend the number of files in a .viv
file. Just place in the corresponding directory (for example car) other .fsh .o or other
files. Clicking pack, all files in this directory are packed into the new .viv file.
- New packing algoritm used.
- When you have registered file types as .fsh with fshtool.exe, you can double click
a filename and automatically extract .fsh files to their corresponding bitmaps (BMP)
- Minor errors and type mismatches are corrected, also the menu is now fully available.
